Client Representative (REMOTE)

We are seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Remote Representatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding U.S. citizens through the process of understanding and accessing programs that can significantly benefit them and their families. This is a fully remote opportunity with compensation directly tied to your success in enrolling clients. What You'll Do:

• Engage with individuals proactively to understand their unique circumstances, needs, and objectives.
• Clearly and effectively explain program options, features, and benefits to potential participants.
• Guide individuals through the enrollment process, ensuring clarity and understanding at each step.
• Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and understanding program guidelines.
• Build rapport and trust with clients, providing exceptional support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollment statuses.
• Stay informed about program updates and best practices to provide the most effective guidance.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation in a remote environment.

Who You Are:

• A U.S. Citizen residing within the United States.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex information simply.
• Highly empathetic and skilled at building relationships and trust.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven role.
• Organized, with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing, and other digital tools.
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
