Residential & Airbnb Cleaner – Part Time (with Weekend Availability) Join the Mad Clean LLC Team – Based in Post Falls / Coeur d'Alene Area About Us: Mad Clean LLC is a locally owned and operated cleaning company that helps busy families and vacation rental owners across Post Falls, Rathdrum, Hayden, and Coeur d’Alene reclaim their time — one sparkling home at a time. About the Job: We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and upbeat individuals to join our cleaning crew. This isn’t your average cleaning job — you’ll get a serious workout, have a flexible schedule, and be part of a fun, supportive team that takes pride in doing great work. What You’ll Do:

• Clean residential homes and short-term rentals (Airbnbs)
• Follow detailed checklists to ensure top-quality service
• Work solo or with a partner depending on the job
• Travel between jobs using your own reliable vehicle
• Use company-provided equipment and eco-friendly supplies
• Represent Mad Clean with professionalism and a smile
• Communicate with the team and management as needed

Requirements:

• Positive attitude is a must
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (AWD/4WD for winter)
• Must carry vehicle insurance
• Able to lift and carry 25 lbs repeatedly
• Able to bend, kneel, twist, and reach
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Can follow directions and work independently

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time: 10–20 hrs/week to start, with potential for more as we grow
• Weekend availability strongly preferred
• Pay starts at $16/hr
• Quarterly reviews with opportunities for raises
