- Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about Prime Physical Therapy services, locations, and providers
- Assist with scheduling appointments and answering patient questions
- Resolve patient concerns and issues in a fair and courteous manner
- Document chat interactions and update patient records as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain knowledge of physical therapy services, industry trends, and best practices Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare
