- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
- Stay up to date on the latest products, services, and promotions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, call center, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, solution-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help people

- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software systems
