Social Media Specialist, Marvel, Pixar, Nat Geo & Searchlight [Richmond]

As part of The Walt Disney Company's Studio & Integrated Marketing team, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day publishing and monitoring of all Disney+, Marvel, Pixar, Nat Geo, & Searchlight social media channels. With a focus on social strategy and tone of voice, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

• Develop the social brand strategy in alignment with overarching brand strategy
• Collaborate with the Content Executive on content ideation & execution of the social brand strategy
• Tactical day-to-day sourcing, preparation and distribution of content to social channels
• Reporting and Analysis of social media results across to form learnings and recommendations
• Identify and manage a portfolio of key third-party partners for content collaborations, with consideration to brand amplification
• Play an active role in local campaigns including capturing content first-hand at local events, screenings and activations

• Proven competency and superior knowledge of social platforms, tools, and performance tracking
• Excellent writing and copy skills with the ability to translate traditional marketing content into socially led conversations
• Passion for storytelling, listening to what the community has to say, and providing engaging experiences in the social space
• Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to use sound judgement to ensure content is within brand guidelines
