We are a well-established mental health practice looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The right candidate will be passionate about improving the lives of their clients, and will also be skilled at making others comfortable with the social work process. In this role, you'll work with clients to help them through times of loss, interpersonal conflicts and stressors, and ongoing mental health concerns. You'll be able to develop specialized treatment plans and conduct individual therapy within a small, collaborative group practice. Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Assess and diagnose emotional, mental, and behavioral problems.
- Provide supportive counseling to clients and their families.
- Work with clients to develop a healing environment by maintaining a clean, safe, organized work space.
- Arrange for hospitalization and other care when needed.
- Maintain records of caseload, services provided, and outcomes of treatment.
- Timely completion of all necessary documentation
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients as needed.
