Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will be driving new technologies, strategic insights and innovation. We are looking for someone who is accomplished at unlocking value from customer and operational data coming from a wide range of sources with a special focus on leveraging AI-driven analytics and emerging technologies. You'll work with key stakeholders across Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn data into information and information into actionable insights, helping to shape our decision-making and improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter and effective communicator who is excited about building new functions, encouraging a data-driven culture, and spearheading AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary subject matter expert on all internal data sources, identifying and documenting database and schema relationships.
- Leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate data analysis, identify patterns, and build predictive models for business optimization.
- Build appropriate metrics frameworks, identify key data assets needed for the product(s)/system(s), and address gaps with AI-enabled tools and technologies.
- Assess current data architecture and quality and develop systems to maintain clean data over time.
- Collaborate with the Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Development teams to identify and build analytics and AI use cases.
- Integrate AI/ML models into internal workflows and customer-facing products to deliver personalized customer experiences and efficient operations.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and present insights with visualizations using tools like Power BI, or AI-native platforms.
- Stay updated on data analytics tools, trends, and emerging technologies, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with stakeholders across functions to assist with data-related technical issues.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst (preferably hands-on experience integrating AI/ML techniques into analytics solutions).
- Expert in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical and programming tools for AI/ML model development and data processing
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, predictive analytics, and AI-driven trend analysis.
- Experience with spreadsheets and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, validate, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a remote team.
- Salesforce, Git, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and AWS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics platforms (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Qlik Sense) is a plus.
- Able to move quickly, multi-task, and adapt to the rapid changes of our growing market.
- Takes initiative and can execute with minimal supervision and high integrity.
- ENGLISH - (Fluent Only) Must comprehend and communicate both written and verbally in English.
