Job Description

The Airline Flight Support Crew is responsible for assisting with passenger boarding, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with other team members to facilitate a seamless travel experience for our customers, all while representing the Delta Airlines brand with professionalism and pride.

Responsibilities

Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning processes. Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight details. Conduct safety checks and assist with emergency procedures as necessary. Collaborate with flight attendants and other crew members to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the boarding area. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in the airline industry is a bonus.
