Bilingual Virtual Assistant – Airbnb Guest Messaging & Coordination
We are looking for a responsible and responsive virtual assistant to help manage guest communications and coordinate with local staff for a small rental property in rural Guatemala. Hours & Pay Base: 1 hour/week (covers guest messaging and light coordination) Initial training/onboarding: 2 hours, paid Additional $1-2 per completed task (e.g., resolving an issue, coordinating with staff) Average: 3–4 guest check-ins per month Main Tasks Send 3 scheduled messages per reservation (copy templates) Be available “on call” via W.A. to:
- Answer basic questions (based on existing info provided by us)
- Coordinate simple tasks with staff via W.A. (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
Tools Used W.A. (3 groups: cleaning team, maintenance, guests) Notion (guide with FAQs, message templates, instructions) ✅ Requirements
- Reliable and responsive communication

- Professional English and Spanish
- Based in Mexico or Central America
