We're seeking a passionate PMI® PMP Certified Instructor to help adult learners gain the skills and knowledge needed to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP) and other Management certifications exam and thrive in project leadership roles. Position Overview As a PMI® PMP Certified Instructor, you will deliver structured, exam-focused training aligned with PMI's current exam blueprint and the PMBOK® Guide. You’ll provide practical insights into project management methodologies, tools, and best practices that prepare students for both the certification exam and real-world project challenges.
Responsibilities
Teach PMP certification prep courses using official PMI-aligned content. Explain key project management principles, frameworks (waterfall, agile), and knowledge areas. Provide engaging lectures, group activities, and real-world examples. Mentor students and track their progress toward certification readiness. Support curriculum updates and exam preparation strategies. Minimum Requirements Active PMI® PMP certification (required). Prior teaching, coaching, or corporate training experience is required. 5+ years of experience managing projects across industries or sectors. Deep knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide, process groups, and knowledge areas. Clear and engaging communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching or mentoring professionals for PMP certification. Familiarity with Agile and hybrid methodologies. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). Other certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CAPM, CSM, Six Sigma) are a plus.
