Respond promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and provide effective solutions. ? Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries. ? Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers. ? Document all interactions and keep detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system. ? Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when necessary and ensure customer satisfaction. ? Monitor and follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and closure. ?
