Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer service software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
