Client CFO - Full Time (REMOTE!)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Client CFO to join our team. This role involves serving as a vital advisor to our clients and supporting our Client Service Managers (CSMs) and Controllers. You will drive positive changes, ensuring clients feel supported and valued, while also mentoring team members to enhance their growth and capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Growth Strategies: Develop and assist with strategic business goals.
• Business Improvement Recommendations: Proactively suggest improvements based on client insights.
• Achievement Planning: Formulate actionable plans for clients to achieve their business goals.
• Financial Oversight: Review client financials, oversee audits, and present financials to leadership.
• Team Education: Conduct training on process improvement and personal development.
• Team Member Evaluation: Participate in evaluating and interviewing prospective team members.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field (required)
• CPA or MBA (preferred)
• 5+ years experience in public accounting or consulting
• Knowledge of income tax and project management
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Experience in nonprofit accounting (preferred)
• Leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and mentorship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Integrity, with the ability to work independently
• Experience in a paperless environment (preferred)
