Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including commercial spaces, hotels, and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming for clients and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and guest rooms.
• Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants.
• Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Handle custodial tasks including waste disposal and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and floor care methods.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Basic cooking skills may be beneficial in certain settings.
