Airbnb Assistant Airbnb guests expect exceptional service when they travel—from their first online communication to the cleanliness of the accommodations and fast response times. We are seeking a detail oriented, energetic, team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic and great customer service skills. This job requires the ability to track reservations online, using our step-by-step process. It is imperative that this person be able to respond to text messages immediately and professionally with thoughtful, grammatically correct answers and zero spelling errors. The in-person work hours are somewhat flexible, running errands, inspecting units and coordinating with our cleaners and maintenance team. We can train the right person, but smart, hard working, detail oriented, positive, trustworthy and honest are key traits at our company.
