In accordance with Indian company law, we are seeking a local nominee director to assist with the company registration and related compliance matters. This is a non-operational role, with responsibilities primarily focused on statutory requirements such as identity verification and document signing. It does not involve participation in daily operations or financial decisions. We value transparency, legal compliance, and integrity.
