Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding account management, transaction details, and company policies.
- Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
- Participate in training programs to further develop your skills and understanding of financial services.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall customer experience.
- No prior experience in customer service is required, but previous experience in financial services is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service software effectively.
