Insurance Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote)

- Competitive Compensation: $50,000 - $54,000 base salary PLUS monthly bonus.

Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Service Requests: Answer 35+ calls/day, respond to texts/emails.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all customer interactions.
- Strong Work Ethic: Show up everyday ready to win in a team environment.
- Achieve Cross-Sell Goals: Meet cross-sell goals (umbrella, renters, life referrals, etc.). Position is approximately 95% service.
- Referral Development: Encourage client referrals by asking after every interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Genuine desire to positively impact clients' lives by assessing needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
