- The Cashier Operator is responsible for heightening customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support, demonstrating detailed product familiarity, maintaining rigorous brand standards, and executing Front-End tasks with efficiency.
- Extend a warm greeting to all guests and proactively engage with customers to gain insight into their preferences and support them in their shopping endeavors.
- Implement Front-End procedures when handling customer sales transactions and returns.
- Formulate a store culture that prioritizes inclusiveness, ensuring that all individuals are treated with respect and feel safe and welcome in the space.
- Encourage a cohesive approach to supporting the team in all departments of the store.
- Complete additional tasks as instructed by management.
