Administrative - Medical Transcriptionist: Duration:13 Weeks Start:05/12/2025 Description: The Remote Dose Confirmation Specialist provides essential after-hours coverage to ensure uninterrupted access to patient dosing information for individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Working remotely, the specialist supports 24/7 emergency dose verification requests to ensure continuity of care during crises, hospitalizations, or transfers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to emergency dose confirmation calls from hospitals, OTPs, emergency responders, and healthcare providers. Utilize the SAMMS electronic medical record system to accurately verify patient dosing history. Confirm identity and credentials of the requesting party prior to disclosure. Share verified information securely and document each request per regulatory requirements. Comply with all privacy standards, including 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and 105 CMR 164.
