• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies
• Represent the company s energy, brand, and value with confidence

• Strong communication skills confident on the phone and clear in writing

• Organized and self-driven can manage outreach and follow-up independently
• Experience with appointment setting, cold calling, or sales (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn fast and apply feedback
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic software (email, CRM, etc.)
