Production Associate - Night Shift

Location: Jackson, TN Rate: 21.53/ hr Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour Shift: Night Shift (7pm-7:30am). 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. While reporting to the Production Supervisor as a Production Associate you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations. What You’ll Be Doing: Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment or machinery. Preparing, inspecting, and measuring raw materials. Checking components for compliance with tolerances or specifications and may perform finish work. Basic trouble shooting, clearing jams, and splicing and threading membrane into equipment. May provide training or guidance to new production workers. We’d love to hear from you if: You can perform work under general supervision. You can handle moderately complex issues/ problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Must be an effective communicator over the public address system. You can provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group. You have 2 to 4 continuous years of experience operating machines.
