ServiceNow Developer - Remote
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Duration: 12 weeks – CTH is strongly desired Work Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP Functional role: (1) ServiceNow Developer Overview of project/skills required: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with Financial Services industry experience and a CIS - Customer Service Management (CSM) certification. The ideal candidate will also have achieved their Financial Service Operations (FSO) Banking and Wealth Management certification and/or have experience implementing FSO. This role will involve configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to support implementation of ServiceNow’s FSO solution for Dispute Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications with a focus on CSM FSO Dispute Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize FSO-specific modules, workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
- Support integration with external systems and data sources.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- CIS – CSM certification including experience implementing CSM.
- Financial Service Operations (FSO) Banking and Wealth Management certification is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in implementing complex integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience implementing or supporting Dispute Management or Case Management solutions is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Schedule:
