Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents as required. ?? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security protocols. ?? Respond to queries regarding data and provide access to relevant files when necessary. ?? Ensure proper maintenance and operation of office equipment, addressing malfunctions as needed. Qualifications: ?? Proven experience in a data entry role, such as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. ?? Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry programs. ?? Strong familiarity with administrative tasks and processes. ?? Ability to use office equipment, including fax machines and scanners. ?? Fast and accurate typing skills. ??
