Virtual Assistant for Micro-Influencer Outreach (Instagram & TikTok)
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support influencer outreach and vetting for a new lifestyle-focused mobile app launching in select U.S. markets. The app is centered around storytelling, design, and home discovery—offering a more authentic and emotional way to connect with how people live. This role is critical to helping us build early awareness and trust through partnerships with micro-influencers. ⸻ Responsibilities:
- Identify and vet micro-influencers (5K–100K followers) on Instagram and TikTok in NYC, NYC Suburbs, The Hamptons, and Miami
- Assess fit based on content style, engagement rate, and follower quality
- Send outreach messages using provided templates (DMs or email)
- Track outreach, replies, follow-ups, and status in a shared Google Sheet
- Report weekly on outreach activity and top candidates for collaboration

- Strong research and communication skills
- Experience with influencer outreach or virtual assistant roles
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and influencer culture
- Reliable and organized — able to work independently and meet weekly targets while being representative of our agency
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
