Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.? 6 years of consumer product design experience with a focus on visual and motion design.? Experience managing projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholder groups.? Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: illustration, animation, motion graphics, creative direction, prototyping.? Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).Preferred qualifications:? Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.? 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.? 2 years of experience leading design projects.? We are dedicated to making Google experiences centered around the user.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
