Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter Management (Ai)
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage reviews across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and our market exposure. Responsibilities: 1. Travel Booking & Management:
- Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.
- Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
2. Team Expansion & Recruitment:
- Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings.
- Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model.
- Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs.
- Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Commission per successful booking.
- Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
