- Clean and prepare vacation rental homes, ensuring they meet our high standards
- Perform full turnovers, including kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Change and wash bedding and towels
- Sweep, mop, dust, and restock essential items
- Conduct inventory checks and report damages
- Ensure trash bins are placed for pickup
- Work independently and efficiently while following checklists
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Reliability: Must have dependable transportation and a smartphone
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs and handle active cleaning duties
- Background Check: Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
