- Provide real-time support via live chat, email, and internal messaging platforms
- Assist customers with subscription management, account issues, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed

- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with editorial, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless reader experience
