In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our readers, subscribers, and business partners—providing timely, accurate, and friendly support through live chat and digital messaging platforms.   • Provide real-time support via live chat, email, and internal messaging platforms
  • Assist customers with subscription management, account issues, and general inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed
  • Communicate updates about products, services, and publications effectively
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with editorial, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless reader experience
  • Stay informed about our latest features, publications, and services to provide accurate assistance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once
