One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Director in New Jersey. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Director to lead revenue growth and expand client partnerships within the CPG industry. This role will focus on strengthening existing relationships, presenting omnichannel solutions, and driving business development across digital and in-store marketing platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a results-oriented environment, brings a consultative sales approach, and is passionate about helping brands connect with consumers through data-driven strategies. You’ll play a key role in shaping campaign solutions, influencing decision-makers, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous engagement. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by implementing strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Present customized, insight-led omnichannel solutions using a full suite of marketing tools, including digital incentives and in-store advertising.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through lead generation, outreach, and in-person meetings.
  • Build financial forecasting models and campaign strategies using data and insights to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, results-focused proposals.
  • Track pipeline activities with consistent forecasting and performance reporting.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within the CPG industry or related marketing services.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals over multiple years.
  • Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize efforts strategically.
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% of the time as required.
