Responsibilities
- Provide support for retail sales and payment transactions in Verizon's stores.

- Daily balancing of payments tendered and communication with store employees to resolve discrepancies.

- Conduct subledger reconciliation of point-of-sale transactions to billing systems and bank accounts.

- Perform bank account reconciliation for payment deposits across Verizon.

- Handle payment investigations and refund requests from customers using various workflow tools.

- Research payments for posting to consumer and business accounts.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Business IT, Statistics, Math, or a related major with an expected completion date between December 2024 and June 2025.

- Current enrollment in a Master's degree program in Accounting or Business with an expected completion date between December 2024 and June 2025.
