Experienced Law Enforcement Transcriptionist - Typist - Full Time - SoCal Only
This is a FULL-TIME, employee, work-from-home position. You must work at least 35 hours per week. You must be live in Southern California. You will have to appear in-person for a background check in the Los Angeles area before starting work. Resolute Documentation Services is looking for EXPERIENCED Law Enforcement transcriptionists. Learn more about us at www.documentationusa.com Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in legal or law enforcement transcription, with demonstrable experience transcribing law enforcement reports and verbatim, multi-speaker recordings. You must be capable of transcribing at least 150 lines per hour. Lines are 65 characters, including spaces/tabs. Incentive pay is given for higher rates of production. A successful background check is required. This background check will be performed at a specific location in Southern California. You may be required to report to multiple So. Cal. locations for background checks during onboarding. Skills Required: 80 WPM or higher High Accuracy Rate Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Transcription Law Enforcement transcription experience required Equipment Required: PC with Windows 10 or later USB Transcription foot pedal Internet Requirements:
- Wired internet (cable/fiber) to your house. Not satellite or wireless broadband (T-Mobile, etc.)
- Ability to connect your computer directly to the internet router in your home with a cable (not WiFi).
