If so, Deltek invites you to join us as Senior Director of the Lead to Order (LTO) Platform team within our IT department. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will partner with executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to shape the future of Deltek’s LTO process, delivering innovative solutions that drive organizational success and elevate business outcomes. What You’ll Do As the Sr. Director for the Lead to Order Platform, you’ll play a pivotal role in: Shaping the Lead to Order Vision • Define and execute a best-in-class LTO strategy to meet and exceed company goals. • Partner with senior executives to build the case for transformative change, influencing and inspiring teams across the organization. • Lead the evolution of Deltek’s LTO capabilities, ensuring alignment with future-focused business objectives. Driving Business Transformation • Champion the modernization of LTO processes, creating scalable and efficient systems that empower teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. • Leverage AI/ML technologies and emerging LTO tools to reimagine how Deltek manages leads, opportunities, contracts, and order fulfillment. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Delivering Results Through Leadership • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of LTO professionals. • Build strong, collaborative relationships across IT and business units, becoming a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. • Promote a positive team culture that values transparency, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. Ensuring Operational Excellence • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LTO platform, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. • Manage vendor relationships, including software licensing and support escalations, to deliver exceptional service to internal customers. • Proactively identify and address areas for improvement, including retiring technical debt and driving compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a transformational leader with the following qualifications: • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 12+ years in IT leadership roles with a strong emphasis on SaaS transformations, system enhancements, and change management. • Leadership Expertise: 7+ years of experience managing diverse IT teams with a focus on fostering collaboration and delivering measurable business impact. • Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of LTO platforms, such as Salesforce (including CPQ), Oracle Eloqua, and Salesloft. Familiarity with AI/ML applications in LTO is a strong plus. • Vision & Strategy: Proven success in developing and executing transformative strategies that align IT capabilities with corporate goals. • Business Savvy: Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how IT enables growth, efficiency, and innovation. • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build strong relationships with executives and cross-functional teams. • Process Improvement: A track record of setting and achieving process improvement goals to drive operational excellence. Compensation

Information The U.S. salary range for this position is $141500.00 - $247500.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity. Benefits and perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of employment with Deltek.
