Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within HubSpot CRM to support our sales team. What You Will Do • Accurately input and update customer and business data into HubSpot CRM • Verify, correct, and maintain database integrity and accuracy • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic understanding of HubSpot CRM or willingness to learn • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Information This role pays $20/hr.
