Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative The Ideal Candidate for This Role: • Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way. • Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles is preferred. • Thrives in a remote work setting with a stable work history, and is passionate about providing outstanding service. • Holds a high school diploma or GED and is authorized to work in the United States. • Can be flexible for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages—because our customers count on us when it matters most.
