IT Project Manager – Work From Home

IT Project Manager – Work From Home We are seeking a talented and self-motivated IT Project Manager to join a growing IT team. This position is 100% Remote. IT Project Manager Responsibilities: – Interact with all IT functional areas (e.g. systems architecture, design, Helpdesk/Desktop support, application development, and support). – Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. – Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available for project tasks. – Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. – Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. – Implement and enforce best practices and quality standards to ensure the quality of project deliverables. – Lead project teams in executing tasks, managing project progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules. – Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating as needed to ensure project continuity. – Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. IT Project Manager Qualifications: – Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university in computer science, information science or related technical field. – 1-5 years of experience in project management. – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact with management, vendors and external parties and should be able to effectively communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner. – Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies. – Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. – Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies. – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. – Highly organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task, able to work independently as well as a team player. – Support other key initiatives as the business dictates. – Experience with SQL a plus. – Experience in using Agile related tools, such as JIRA is a plus.
