Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support. • Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and maintain data in the company’s databases. • Verify data for accuracy and completeness. • Resolve discrepancies in data entries and correct errors as needed. • Assist in the development of data entry procedures and best practices. • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of data. • Participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills. • Provide reports and summaries of data entry activities as required.
