As the Lead Recruiter, you will: • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, non technical and leadership roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent. • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on hiring strategies. • Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience. • Use data and insights to optimize hiring processes and improve decision-making. About You: • 8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fintech or high-growth startups. • Proven ability to source and hire top talent in a competitive market. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, executives and candidates. • Expertise in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics (Greenhouse, Gem, Goodtime). • Passionate about creating an equitable and inclusive hiring process. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future. Pay Range $132,000 - $167,000 USD Earnest believes in enabling our employees to live their best lives.
