Who We're Looking For: A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries. What You'll Do: ? Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling ? Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands ? Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business ? Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence ? Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent ? Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently ? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands. ? Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. ? Strong problem-solving abilities. ?
