The Role Versaterm is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be the cornerstone of a newly formed infrastructure team. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on software engineer to architect and build our shared services platform for the company. This role will be critical in setting our technical direction for the cloud for the entire company and will be involved with nearly every product team. This is an individual contributor role with leadership opportunities through leadership of task forces, mentoring junior engineers and being an advisor for peers around the company. What You Bring ? Expert-level experience in Python ? Strong proficiency in AWS and/or Azure Cloud knowledge ? Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code experience, including CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible ? Strong proficiency in containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. ? CI/CD expertise including Azure DevOps, GitHub and/or Jenkins ? Strong proficiency with SQL/Postgres database code and optimization ? Amazing verbal and written communication skills Impress Us With ?
