Process Improvement & Change Management ? 10+ years of PMO/project management experience in financial services, preferably within finance, risk, or regulatory projects. ? Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). ? Proficiency in PMO tools (JIRA, Clarity, MS Project, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau). ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ? Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders. ? Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. ? Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
