Responsibilities

Overview Each member of our team must meet specific requirements for the position, but here is an overview for Preschool teachers: ? Plans a developmentally appropriate lesson plan using children's assessment and interests ? Demonstrates an understanding of the components of a child's portfolio and presents their learning story ? Engages classroom with consistent routines, utilizing positive guidance strategies and leading by example ? Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families through daily communication, monthly newsletters and bi-annual conferences ? Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards ?
