About the position The Personal Banker at First Fidelity Bank is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service. This role involves understanding clients' financial needs, resolving issues, and offering tailored banking solutions. The Personal Banker will also engage in sales activities to expand existing relationships and identify lending opportunities, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and convenience. Responsibilities ? Create memorable client experiences by proactively building and maintaining relationships. , ? Provide superior service by identifying client needs and offering appropriate bank products and services. , ? Engage in conversations with clients to uncover service opportunities and understand their financial needs. , ? Use a consultative approach to tailor recommendations and solutions for clients. , ? Present options to clients to enhance their banking experience while prioritizing their needs. , ? Develop strong relationships with colleagues to introduce clients to specialists for specific financial needs. , ? Provide prompt and accurate service in response to client requests and inquiries. , ? Open new accounts and assist with teller transactions as needed, ensuring accurate cash handling. , ? Balance cash drawer and coin vault within defined accuracy standards. , ? Comply with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements ? Minimum of six months of customer service support or cash handling experience in financial services or retail sales. , ? High school degree or equivalent required; some college preferred. , ? Proficient knowledge of bank products and services. Nice-to-haves ? Previous teller and sales experience preferred. , ? Strong work ethic and high integrity. , ?
