Job Description: As a server at Handcraft Hospitality Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: ? ? Greeting guests warmly and providing them with menus ? ? Taking accurate food and drink orders and conveying them to the kitchen staff ? ? Serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner ? ? Recommending menu items and providing information on specials ? ? Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly ? ? Keeping tables clean and well-maintained ? ? Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service ? ? Upselling and promoting additional products when appropriate ? ? Processing payments and accurately handling cash and credit transactions ? Requirements: ? To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: ? ? Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required ? ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? ? Customer-focused with a friendly and outgoing personality ? ?
