Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. ? Conduct property showings and open houses, providing detailed information and answering client inquiries. ? Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients. ? Stay updated on market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and relevant advice. ? Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals. ? Prepare and submit necessary documentation, such as purchase agreements, deeds, and leases, in a timely and accurate manner. ? Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising methods. Qualifications ? Highly motivated sales professional with a competitive nature ? Exceptional at building rapport, actively listening, and identifying client needs ? Proficient in prospecting and lead generation ? Skilled in overcoming objections with ease ? Collaborative team player ? 1-3 years of sales experience ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Eager to learn and growth-oriented ? Highly organized ? Willing to learn and utilize scripts and dialogues ?
