Full Time Hotel Maintenance Technician Needed!

Motel 6 Tallahassee ? This position requires the employee to have a schedule of 5 days per week. The shift hours are 10am-6pm. Need to have a flexible schedule to work weekdays & weekends* We currently are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance Technician must be friendly, professional and able to communicate, read and write in English. RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualified candidates have strong working knowledge in the areas of: ? Patching & Painting ? Plumbing ? Electrical ? Knowledge of PTAC ? Technical/maintenance work ? As well as general and deep cleaning. ATTRIBUTES: Positive Attitude, Effective Communication Skills, Pleasing personality, Good listener, be a team player and have the Ability to work well independently.
