CSX is seeking an Equipment & Rebilling Analyst to join our team and help ensure the efficient movement of our equipment and accurate billing to customers. As an Equipment & Rebilling Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our equipment and billing systems. Manage equipment inventory: Keep track of all equipment owned by the company and ensure accurate records are maintained. Monitor equipment movement: Track the movement of equipment through various locations and ensure timely delivery to customers. Perform equipment audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards. Resolve billing discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely billing to customers. Maintain billing systems: Ensure that billing systems are up-to-date and accurate, making any necessary updates or adjustments as needed. Communicate with customers: Work closely with customers to address any equipment or billing concerns and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with internal teams: Coordinate with other departments such as finance, operations, and sales to ensure smooth equipment movement and billing processes. Identify areas for improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve equipment management and billing processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Train and support team members: Provide training and support to team members on equipment management and billing processes. Stay updated on industry regulations: Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and make necessary changes to ensure compliance. Analyze data: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and patterns in equipment usage and billing processes. Ensure compliance with company policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to equipment management and billing. Prioritize tasks: Manage multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and importance to meet deadlines. Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of equipment management and billing processes.
