Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. THE WORK • Work on the Software License Acquisition team to coordinate the purchasing and renewals of software licenses. • Prepare necessary internal documents including purchase requests and business cases to support these purchases. • Contact business users to discuss the necessity of these licenses and determine the quantities needed moving forward. • Work with vendors to obtain quotes based on these needs. • Recommend co-terming purchases where possible. • Enter the completed purchases both in Ariba and Service Now SAMPro. Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US. Basic Qualifications: • A minimum of 1 year experience with Ariba and Service Now SAMPro • Analytical skills comparing purchasing options needed • High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SAMPro • Work in software asset management including understanding of software entitlements and software utilization • Bachelors or Associates degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
