Oversee store operations: The Store Leader will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations including sales, inventory management, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies: The Store Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team: The Store Leader will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of employees to ensure a high level of performance and customer service. Monitor and analyze performance: The Store Leader will regularly monitor and analyze store performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive results. Maintain inventory levels: The Store Leader will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers. Ensure compliance with company policies: The Store Leader will be responsible for ensuring all employees are following company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Handle customer complaints: The Store Leader will handle any customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
