What the position is: The Aircraft Records Technician is responsible for the preservation and retrieval of aircraft maintenance records in accordance with FAA regulations and company policy. Essential functions: • Perform accurate and complete computer entries of maintenance actions. • Filing of all maintenance records. • Engine Trend Condition Monitoring Data entry. • Additionally review submitted maintenance work packages for completeness and legibility. • Assist the Inspection Department in identifying paperwork discrepancies ensuring the completion form CA-16. • Analyze data entry errors, determine cause and make recommendations to correct program use. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager General requirements & qualifications: • Read, write and speak the English language fluently • Basic understanding of Data Entry Principles • Be familiar with aviation terms • Possess basic computer skills • High level of attention to detail • Willing to work shifts and overtime as necessary Apply Job!
